More than half of my now almost 21 years I knew her. When you know someone for that long it would be logical to believe you fully know them. The truth is when you know someone for that long you constantly ask yourself the question "what form will they take now?". In 13 years you can take on thousands of traits and personality developments, and it constantly comes to the point that who you are now could look like a stranger the first version of you can't recognize. I see that parents all know this first hand when they watch their children grow and change. I wonder if they too sometimes feel saddened that a version of their child will not return. I digress. I will try to guide this to some sort of conclusion. I have changed so much since I was 7. But never in my life did I believe I would separate from my best friend.
